1. Can we mount graphics to the windows?
Yes, provided that the graphics can be dismounted at a later date without leaving any residue, color, etc.
2. Can a portion of the installation be installed at the interior?
At the first floor only. Any interior installation must abide by the same rules as the exterior: it must not attach to the building or alter the existing elements. Also, it must be able to be removed without a trace of its existence.
